Important Guidelines Before Filling the Form for Registration

1. ഫോമിലെ ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ ഫീൽഡുകളും കൃത്യമായി പൂരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ദയവായി ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക.

1 . Kindly ensure that all the required fields in the form are filled in accurately and completely to avoid any issues in processing your submission.

2. സാധുവായ ഒരു ഇമെയിൽ വിലാസവും മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും നൽകുക. മീറ്റിംഗ് ലിങ്കും അനുബന്ധ ആശയവിനിമയവും നിങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്ന ഇമെയിൽ വിലാസത്തിലേക്കായിരിക്കും അയയ്ക്കുക. ഇമെയിൽ ശരിയാണെന്നും ആക്‌സസ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണെന്നും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക.

2. Please provide a valid email address and mobile number. The meeting link and related communication will be sent to the email address you provide. Make sure the email is correct and accessible.

3. പൊതു ഹിയറിംഗിൽ സംസാരിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, “YES” തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. സംസാരിക്കാതെ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ മാത്രം നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, “NO” തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക.

3. If you would like to speak at the public hearing, please indicate your preference by selecting “Yes”. If you only wish to attend without speaking, select “No”.

4. പൊതു ഹിയറിംഗിൽ സംസാരിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, നിങ്ങളുടെ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ/നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ വിശദീകരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു ചെറിയ കുറിപ്പ് റെജിസ്ട്രേഷനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കണം. ഇത് റെഗുലേഷൻ ഫൈനലൈസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് സഹായകരമാവുന്നതാണ്.

4. If you opt to speak during the hearing, a brief note outlining your key remarks, suggestions, or concerns must be submitted. This helps ensures that your inputs are examined while finalising the regulation.

5. ഫോമിൽ നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടോ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌കോപ്പി അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടോ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് നിങ്ങളുടെ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാം. അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള പരമാവധി ഫയൽ സൈസ് 5 MB ആണ്, കൂടാതെ ഫയലുകൾ PDF അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇമേജ് ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ (JPG/PNG) ആയിരിക്കണം.

5. You may submit your remarks either by typing them directly in the space provided in the form or by uploading a softcopy. The maximum file size for uploading remarks is 5 MB, and files must be in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG).

6. നിങ്ങളുടെ സൗകര്യത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് മലയാളത്തിലോ ഇംഗ്ലീഷിലോ അഭിപ്രായങ്ങൾ സമർപ്പിക്കാം.

6. Remarks can be submitted in either Malayalam or English, depending on your convenience.

7. നിങ്ങളുടെ ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത പകർപ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സോഫ്റ്റ്‌കോപ്പി തയ്യാറാക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക. ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ സോഫ്റ്റ്കോപ്പിയുടെ അനുവദനീയമായ പരമാവധി ഫയൽ സൈസ് 1 MB ആണ്, ഫയൽ PDF അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇമേജ് ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ (JPG/PNG) ആയിരിക്കണം.

7. Please keep your Aadhaar number and a scanned copy of your Aadhaar card ready for upload. The maximum file size allowed is 1 MB and the file must be in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG).

8. നിങ്ങൾ ഒരു രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത സ്ഥാപനത്തെ/സംഘടനയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആ സ്ഥാപനത്തെ/സംഘടനയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കാനുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ അധികാരം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്ന അനുമതിപത്രത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സോഫ്റ്റ്‌കോപ്പി തയ്യാറാക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക. ഫയൽ PDF അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇമേജ് ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ (JPG/PNG) ആയിരിക്കണം കൂടാതെ സൈസ് 1 MB യിൽ കവിയാൻ പാടില്ല.

8. If you are representing a registered Organization/Association, kindly keep a copy of the Authorisation Letter ready to upload, confirming your authority to represent the Organization/Association. The file must be in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG) and should not exceed 1 MB in size.
