Important Guidelines Before Filling the Form for Registration

1. ഫോമിലെ ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ ഫീൽഡുകളും കൃത്യമായി പൂരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്ന് ദയവായി ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തുക.

1 . Kindly ensure that all the required fields in the form are filled in accurately and completely to avoid any issues in processing your submission.

2. സാധുവായ ഒരു ഇമെയിൽ വിലാസവും മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറും നൽകുക.

2. Please provide a valid email address and mobile number.

3. പൊതു ഹിയറിംഗിൽ സംസാരിക്കാൻ നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, “YES” തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക. സംസാരിക്കാതെ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ മാത്രം നിങ്ങൾ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ, “NO” തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുക.

3. If you would like to speak at the public hearing, please indicate your preference by selecting “Yes”. If you only wish to attend without speaking, select “No”.

7. നിങ്ങളുടെ ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ സ്കാൻ ചെയ്ത പകർപ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സോഫ്റ്റ്‌കോപ്പി തയ്യാറാക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക. ആധാർ കാർഡിന്റെ സോഫ്റ്റ്കോപ്പിയുടെ അനുവദനീയമായ പരമാവധി ഫയൽ സൈസ് 1 MB ആണ്, ഫയൽ PDF അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇമേജ് ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ (JPG/PNG) ആയിരിക്കണം.

7. Please keep your Aadhaar number and a scanned copy of your Aadhaar card ready for upload. The maximum file size allowed is 1 MB and the file must be in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG).

8. നിങ്ങൾ ഒരു രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത സ്ഥാപനത്തെ/സംഘടനയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, ആ സ്ഥാപനത്തെ/സംഘടനയെ പ്രതിനിധീകരിക്കാനുള്ള നിങ്ങളുടെ അധികാരം സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്ന അനുമതിപത്രത്തിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി സോഫ്റ്റ്‌കോപ്പി തയ്യാറാക്കി വെയ്ക്കുക. ഫയൽ PDF അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇമേജ് ഫോർമാറ്റിൽ (JPG/PNG) ആയിരിക്കണം കൂടാതെ സൈസ് 1 MB യിൽ കവിയാൻ പാടില്ല.

8. If you are representing a registered Organization/Association, kindly keep a copy of the Authorisation Letter ready to upload, confirming your authority to represent the Organization/Association. The file must be in PDF or image format (JPG/PNG) and should not exceed 1 MB in size.
